Manual Physical Therapy & Concierge Services, which specializes in treating complex, chronic pain patients who have tried most everything or have had “failed” surgeries. She decided to become a chronic pain specialist after personally struggling with chronic pain in both of her shoulders, despite having no history of physical injury. When Joann became “her own patient,” she obtained a much deeper understanding of chronic pain sufferers. After spending years perfecting her approach, her dedication and hard work finally paid off. In the summer of 2016, Joann began independently treating local residents in Bradenton and Sarasota, FL who suffered from chronic pain. Ever since, her passion for improving and transforming lives has only grown stronger, and the community she serves has become much larger, with patients driving as far as 2 hours to get treatment or opting for virtual physical therapy.
Manual Physical Therapy & Concierge Services aims to help people who have suffered for months and even years get back to the activities they love, such as walking on the beach, walking their dog, playing 18 holes of golf, playing tennis with friends, playing with their kids or grandkids, going to the gym, running, working, traveling with their loved ones, or having a comfortable night’s sleep.
This clinic is specifically for those who want to avoid taking pain pills, getting risky/costly surgeries, and scheduling repeated doctor’s visits. We love working with people who want to stay active, healthy, and independent long into their 60’s, 70’s and beyond, so they can get the most enjoyment out of life for many years to come.

What Other People Just Like You Are Saying About Manual Physical Therapy
89, Bradenton, FL
“I would go to bed at night and I would just stand at the side of my bed and say, now, how am I going to get in there? I would sit down on the end of the bed and hurtfully pull my legs into the bed. And so that has been cured completely. I feel like now that was one important thing.”
59, Orlando, FL
“I actually learned how to walk properly. And I think I can dance now, I have some soul. So coming here taught it. It opened up parts of my body that I didn't even know were not moving. Your first consultation is free. You have nothing to lose.”
69, Bradenton, FL
“From the moment you come in through the front door, it's not like you're sitting in a room with 20 other people in there. It's very specific to your problem. Joann knows everybody's name, what their problems are and takes the time and the effort to find out what all the problems are.”
